Summary
Saintess Alasdair was hailed in Filigree and the kingdoms beyond as the reincarnation of the morning Goddess. Beautiful, pious and powerful, she was forever victorious in battle and perfect in her devotion.
But now the Saintess is dead, her body scattered over the battle field like weeds after rain.
You are Gwendolyn, the Saintess’s much less impressive sister, and your marriage to the King of Assynia will fix whatever complications the Saintess left behind.
You will not fail.

It's in hiatus. I recently started grad school and have a full time job, so development is in a standstill.

I love ur games sm
My favorite protagonist of all time is Branwen from Saccharine. And I can tell though Gwen is different, her positions in relation to power is going led her to unhingedness rivaling Branwen even in the short demo.
The depiction of Alasdair has this amazing eldritch vibe, and I'm hooked how "romance" is going to be. Between a creature that's most likely going to eat the protagonist, and a knight that is sure to end up more traumatized by the end of this.
With a sister that I'm sure is going to end up as alien Cthulhu to show the extent of Gwen's trauma.
I'm very excited to see how everything turns out.
I thought Saccharine is going to be the end, but discovering ITYH and this again made me very happy!

By "dubious consent", are you referring sex or something else?
In universe, Morara is not considered human and is not guaranteed any human rights. Gwendolyn legally owns Morara the same way she owns her furniture. Under such circumstances, any kind of "consent" Morara gives, sexual or not, is up for debate.
Gwendolyn's own moral code is more similar to that of an unhinged medieval aristocrat than a sane modern individual. Thus what she considers to be ‘consent', sexual nor not, might not be consent at all.
TLDR: Dubious consent of all kind, including sex, will appear. However, whatever sexual content that appears will be highly allegorical and non-graphic.
