I downloaded this last night and spent my afternoon replaying to get all endings. It was so good! Camille and Osgood are really enjoyable characters and despite my best interests, I really did ship them together. Naturally ending 9 was my favorite, though Ending 8 was shaping up to be my favorite before it ended the way it did. You did a fantastic job! I wish the game was longer. <3
It was so freaking good, I am speachless. I am a sucker for tragedies and twisted stuff and this game exceeded my expectations. But even through, I was wondering if there is some route that ends well? I did the 9th ending, but I was hoping for them ending together. I did almost all of the endings, the 8th one being my favourite. I am sure I also got ending 1,5,7. Is there perhaps an ending where they end up living together? Or an ending I should do? I tried using the walkthrough, but I did not know how to use it.
Terrifyingly, horribly, so good. One of those experiences that leave you in such shock you truly don't know what to say, if you're into urban legends, so much trauma to the point where every bad persons actions are excusable, and an amazingly haunting writing style and soundtrack this game should take priority. Literally shivering my timbers bro i need more. i miss u Osgoode im sorry for bullying ur name for the first 20 minutes.
Normally I wouldn't like scenarios where you/the MC gets trapped, but after five minutes with this one, I feel she deserves it.
The biggest problem I have with this game is the endless button-clicking choices that you can't get out of. Like clicking five times on the door, or hundred times on various activities before the game moves on. It's INCREDIBLY boring. And a little annoying. A better option would be to click each choice once, then move on via text telling you how long you've been waiting/doing it.
Also... No matter what I choose the girl does the same damned thing anyway. She just feels slightly different about it, but she won't stay put when I tell her to or anything.
...and after seeing how she ended up captured: I don't blame the guy one whit. (And how weak and flimsy her love is to get upset over such a thing as that...)
It would also help if used up choices would just vanish instead of staying put. But it's a minor detail.
And what is the point of giving someone "choices" if they are forced to pick all of them before anything happens? It's not a choice if you have to do all of them.
This game really needs a better description on this page. It's impossible to know what kind of story it is without playing the game --which makes it a miracle I even bother with it at all. (And I would not have if it hadn't shown up with a bunch of yandere games --something it looks less and less like it is.)
Do ANY choice you make matter? >_>
I REALLY wish I had more choices on how to react to things.
(I admit there is some trauma finding out certain things, but if she loved him at all, how can she not accept it? I mean, being angry and -certain- things missing, that I get. But still... She should just encourage him to go out and find more food. Jeesh!)
Awww... Osgoode is so sweet~ ^_^
I kinda want to strange the MC myself tho. And maybe the creator who does NOT allow me a damned CHOICE! >_<
Why on EARTH would she EVER reject him?!
Yes, that mishap was bad, I absolutely agree. But everything else is her own fault. And he IS trying to make sure it never happens again.
And even if she was merely pragmatic, it would have been smarter to pretend to accept it. Idiot woman!
Of course there is no choice to do anything I want even when there is choices either. *sigh*
...he does get cloying over time tho. Not his best side. But I guess it's something the MC likes, so I see the logic story-wise.
Watching a certain something of the opera with him was a bad choice. The movie ending sucks. If I were Cristine, I'd go back to the phantom. How could she not, when she loved him? Especially after the risk was over. But that's neither here nor there. Just a side-note.
And yet again... NO choice! /facepalm
The story just steamrolls right over you. If I wanted to read a novel, I'd buy it on kindle. Not play a game.
I clearly have too much freetime, and too few games I like to spend it on, so I made it to the end.
At least I manages to maybe sabotage the idiot MC to a semi-happy ending where they could be together. *sigh* Assuming there IS a choice. There's never been a choice now, but it claimed to be ending nr 6, so one can assume there are other ones.
My second try went better. Turns out there IS a truly happy ending in this game. I'm actually surprised at that. oO ...I was wrong. It was a TERRIBLE ending! 😭
....or just confusing... I am SO confused over ending 8! ><
I HATE the bitch MC SO MUCH!!!! *bashes the MC over the head with a steel baseball bat*
The really sad thing is that the story itself is absolutely brilliant. The art also have a strange beauty to it, that makes it good despite not fitting the traditional standards for good drawings.
But the setup of the game, and the lack of choices, makes it terrible. And ruins the experience.
...finally found the hidden ending 9. It looks happy. And the guy is hot. I'll call that as good as it gets. ^_^
nooo definitely play it, its so good!! personally I like the button clicking, I promise its not as daunting as it seems! I like how it feels like you can feel the protags mental state deteriorating and you get to spiral with her! personally I love Camilla shes so entertaining both her and osgoode are incredibly 3 dimensional and well written! I personally like hows shes self centered! its a refreshing change of pace from the usual doormat type mc's.Also I feel her reactions are definitely reasonable! Iyth is one of my favorite VNs definitely give it a try if you would like, you won't regret it!
i agree with what kitmatsuno said,it's a unique game with an excellent story this person comments on every game and finds a way to slander it i doubt they're past the age of 16 by the way their comments seem so def play this game it's awesome<333
i really loved playing this game!! i felt sm emotions all at once and overall was astonished by everything that happened and all the endings were so interesting, except the only ending i hadn't gotten was the third one unfortunately!! still loved the game thank you for such a well-written game😇🩷
I decided to try your game today, and I don't know if it's because of my great maternal instinct or because I identified with our dear Camille (Because she has the same name as me) But I really cried, laughed and even got scared with this game. It left me with a bitter taste, but not a bad taste at all. Please continue with your beautiful creations, Thank you for this cool experience! P.S: While playing I realized that I was going to miss these characters when I finished the game.

Nah, the 9th ending is the happiest ending in the entire game. You can just imagine them living happily together...(SPOILERS)
.
..as a murder hobo couple in the apocalypse , with Camille luring a guy to some secluded place , only for the guy to be ambushed and eaten by Osgoode.
